I decided to fry the 2 strip loins and 1 sirloin steak in butter.
Brown on the outside, juicy and red on the inside.
Below is the ground beef. I cooked this with a little butter, garlic and onions. It was great by itself! I later enjoyed with tomato sauce and peas. Yum!
