Practical Paleo Review & Sneak Peak Video

Practical Paleo

Where do I begin? No matter what I put into words, it won’t be able to justify how much of a goldmine Practical Paleo is.

I don’t care who you are, this book is for you. Whether today is the first time you heard the word “Paleo” or you are an expert on the subject, you need a copy of this book. And you need to buy a copy for your friend too.

There are hundreds of awesome food/nutrition/health/wellness books out there. I have over 100 on my Amazon wish list! But if you only wish to read/study/follow recipes from one single book then it absolutely must be Practical Paleo.

30 day meal plans

Not only does Practical Paleo have more than 120 easy recipes but it has multiple 30 day meal plans for different diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis or for improving things like your Athletic Performance. The 30 day meal plans are broken down into the following categories:

  • Autoimmune conditions (Crohn’s disease, type 1 diabetes, chronic fatigue, etc.)
  • Blood sugar regulation (dysglycemia, hypoglycemia, diabetes type 1 & 2)
  • Digestive health (leaky gut, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease)
  • Thyroid health (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism)
  • Multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, & chronic featigue
  • Neurological health (parkinson’s disease, alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy)
  • Heart health (cholesterol concerns, blood pressure concerns,
  • Cancer recovery
  • Athletic performance
  • Fat loss (or those who experience sugar/carb cravings or that have suspect bacterial or fugal overgrowth)
  • Squeaky clean paleo

Amazing, isn’t it? There is literally a 30 day meal plan for every single individual living on this planet.

If you  are looking to join my mission in spreading the truth about health and wellness to every living human on planet Earth please purchase Practical Paleo. It will certainly help a lot!

I repeat: Every single living human can benefit from this book. If you don’t use it yourself you can always look through it and learn something, then pass it on to a loved one or even a complete stranger.

If you fly a lot then why not randomly pull out a copy of Practical Paleo and tell the person sitting next to you that you have a special gift for them? I just thought of this idea and actually LOVE it. If it’s someone who is overweight they won’t feel offended because it’s not just about weight loss. It’s about all diseases and even those athletes out there.

This simple action step not only may change that persons life forever but you will feel free. Your confidence will boost from your generosity. Leave them your phone number if you want. That human will inspire everyone around them as well if they make a change.

Practical Paleo is THE book that will complete our mission more than any other book on the market today.

Over 120 easy recipes

It says right on the cover of Practical Paleo that there are 120 “easy” recipes. So, are they really that easy?

By the looks of it, yes. And by the experience of making the Zucchini pancakes twice already, yes. All 120+ recipes are creative but easy. They are unique with a large variety.

How do the recipes break down?

  • kitchen basics
  • breakfast
  • poultry
  • beef & bison
  • seafood
  • lamb
  • pork
  • sides & salads
  • sauces & dips
  • treats & sweets

The kitchen basics include

  • how to chop an onion
  • how to chop a pepper
  • how to chop anything
  • herb & lemon salt blends
  • 8 spice blends
  • mineral-rich bone broth
  • herbal tea-infused gelatin cubes
  • perfectly baked bacon
  • clarified butter and ghee
  • roasted jalapeño & garlic raw sauerkraut (probiotic)

The book then dives into the recipes starting with breakfast.

What do the Zucchini pancakes look like after cooking?

I tried a couple pancakes with raw honey and almond butter. They were good. I then decided to try them plain with just a little melted butter on top. This hit the spot. I’ll be making these pancakes over and over again with different vegetables. Diane has told me that carrots and sweet potatoes are a great substitute for the zucchini. I’m sure there are dozens of other options too! There is also a recipe for Pumpkin pancakes. Fall will be here soon!

Do you want to be educated?

Diane Sanfilippo (one of my heroes) has decided to give us all an education as well. I mean, why not? The first 124 pages are a fantastic education written and shown in a way that all humans will be able to understand and learn from. It’s not just a bunch of text either. LOTS of photos and diagrams are included making everything extremely easy to understand.

I received this book in the mail just a day before I left to go camping this past weekend and thus I spent about one hour or so skimming through the text, meal plans and recipes. I’m super stoked to read every word and add valuable information to my brain so I can more easily spread the truth to you and others just like you.

Diane first gives us an introduction to her life and how she got to where she is today. Read this when you buy your copy. We all have a story to share that can inspire millions of other folks. We just need to throw out our fear of sharing our story. Genuine people care.

The next 100 pages inside the book are all about the why. Why is food so important? Why and how does food heal specific conditions? How is your poop supposed to look? Do you produce a Ms. Ideal, Ms. Runny, Ms. Swim Team or another one? Find out after looking at the poop pageant and studying the guide to your poop. It’s some interesting shit (pun intended)!

The headlines give you a grand idea as to what you will learn:

  • What is paleo? (guides include paleo foods, stocking a paleo pantry and food quality)
  • Everything we’ve been taught about good nutrition is wrong
  • Paleo at home: shopping for groceries (guides include fats & oils, cooking fats)
  • Paleo in public: restaurants & parties
  • On-the-go: on the road or in the air
  • Your digestive system (guides include digestion and your poop!)
  • Is your gut leaky? (guides include healing a leaky gut and gluten)
  • Blood sugar regulation (guides include dense sources of paleo carbs and sweeteners)
  • Frequently asked questions (Sooo much valuable information here!)

How could you possibly NOT buy this book?! Especially since it’s only $21.47 on Amazon and is bound to become a NY Times Bestseller, possibly even a #1 NY Times Bestseller!

Does talking about the book not do enough for you? Check out this video to get a sneak peak of what is inside!

Note on the video: I have no idea why but the video is zoomed in. I tried to figure this out but was unable too. The clip is not zoomed in but when I add it to iMovie this changes. If I figure out the solution then I will add the new video to youtube and embed that here.

Love the review! I definitely want to grab this book. I like your idea of giving books away too…in fact, I’m giving a copy of “It Starts With Food” away on my blog THIS WEEK! So excited to share the message of health with others. :-)

Awesome!! I have yet to see “It Starts With Food” but it has been in the top 200 on Amazon ever since I came out it seems like. I can’t wait to hand out this book like it’s a dollar bill to humans.

You did a great review http://www.amazon.com/Practical-Paleo-Customized-Whole-Foods-Lifestyle/dp/1936608758/ref=zg_bs_books_17 If you have the book, bring it to our West Michigan Paleo meetup meeting the evening of Aug 24. I would love to see it & show it to others. There seems to be a tread as many of the paleo diet books are making to the bestseller list. America is waking up to paleo!

Indeed a great review. However when I see that a book has a meal plan that can help or, even worse, cure a disease I tend to become sceptical. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and by following a diet that would assist her symptoms from the onset of RA, her condition deteriorated fast. Now, I am not saying that this is the case here but is there a possibility of hype in the claims of this book?
This is just a question and not an opinion. Any thoughts?

    • http://primaltoad.com/ Todd Dosenberry

It’s not 100% foolproof but the meal plans will certainly help most humans with whatever problem teu have. And we are still individual beings. You may need to adjust the meal plans based on your own intolerances. They are there for a guide not to follow 100% although some will be able to.

      • Alexandros Xenos

I guess you are right. God provided a brain for a reason :)

If I rember then I will certainly being the book ro the event!!

Just bought it! My father-in-law has Parkinson’s, hubby has a serious fat (on his body)/sugar/carb issue and I’m just trying to be healthier one step at a time so this sounds like the book for us!

    • http://primaltoad.com/ Todd Dosenberry

Awesome!!! Way too awesome. It surely will help you a bunch. I’ll be walking across every single state in America and this book is coming with me. I’ll be showing millions of people and hope to sell millions as well. Seriously.

  • Becca Borum

My six year old daughter has Type 1 Diabetes and it has been a real challenge. I already follow Paleo and have slowly started transitioning her. Even though she will have to take insulin for the rest of her life, her blood sugar numbers have improved SIGNIFICANTLY! I will be purchasing this book!

    • http://primaltoad.com/ Todd Dosenberry

I hope the book helps you and your daughter out. Why do you think you have to be on insulin for life?

    • http://primaltoad.com/ Todd Dosenberry

I mean why do you think your sister has to be taking insulin for the rest of her life?

  • Elizabeth Grok

Your video is what convinced me to go out and buy the book!!

    • http://primaltoad.com/ Todd Dosenberry

Yay! Did you just buy it today or do you own it now? It is officially a NY Times Best Seller!

      • Elizabeth Grok

I got it a month or so ago. I love the pumpkin pancakes and muffins with cranberry sauce. And the bacon! And the poop chart is hilarious. Always break that out when people start flipping through the recipes hahaha

        • http://primaltoad.com/ Todd Dosenberry

The poop chart is what makes the book. Everything else about it is a bonus!
