By the looks of it, yes. And by the experience of making the Zucchini pancakes twice already, yes. All 120+ recipes are creative but easy. They are unique with a large variety.

I tried a couple pancakes with raw honey and almond butter. They were good. I then decided to try them plain with just a little melted butter on top. This hit the spot. I’ll be making these pancakes over and over again with different vegetables. Diane has told me that carrots and sweet potatoes are a great substitute for the zucchini.
